1. Description of Services

ZIYØN provides advanced artificial intelligence infrastructure and predictive modeling applications. Our services are available under two main frameworks:

Consumer SaaS (B2C): Direct access to applications like PathFinder AI for psychometric career guidance, predictive roadmaps, and salary simulations.
Institutional Portals & API (B2B): Dedicated dashboards, cohort management tools, and direct API access to the Helyus core model for enterprise integration.

2. User Accounts & Security

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access our services.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

Certain features (Premium ROI calculators, Monte Carlo simulations) require a paid subscription.

Payment Processing: Securely handled by Stripe. We do not store raw credit card information.
Right of Withdrawal: By accessing digital content immediately upon purchase (e.g., generating an AI report), you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under the French Consumer Code.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to reverse engineer the Helyus models, bypass rate limits, launch automated attacks, or use outputs to train competing artificial intelligence models.

5. Disclaimer Regarding AI Outputs

Information, Not Advice: ZIYØN outputs are probabilistic and designed for decision-support. They do not constitute certified financial, medical, or legal advice. You are responsible for validating any output before institutional implementation.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

ZIYØN SAS retains all rights, titles, and interests in the Helyus architecture and PathFinder algorithms. Your private data is never used to train our foundation models.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by French law, ZIYØN SAS and its officers shall not be liable for indirect damages or business decisions made based on algorithmic outputs.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within the Paris Court of Appeal (Cour d'appel de Paris), France.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Continued use of the services after revisions become effective constitutes your agreement to be bound by the revised Terms.
